Pro Tip from Kip: Spring Cleaning

Kip is back with three quick tips for all of the places you may have missed while spring cleaning! 

 

 

These are three simple tips but will make sure your house is all ready for summer! 

 

1) Clean your gutters: Make sure they are free from debris and that downspouts are pointing away from foundation 

 

2) Check your Attic: Make sure there is no moisture in your attic and that all bathroom vents are properly attached

 

3) Service your heat pump: Make sure all filters are clean on your heat pump so you're ready to switch it over to air conditioning

 

It'll be hot before we know it, enjoy your summer!
