Kip's back with the Market Statistics from Nov 30- these numbers are crazy! Only 2.1 months of inventory, and homes are selling for and average of 100.1% of their listing price! Watch along for Kip's assessment of the recent market:

We also know that our COVID cases are climbing a little here in HRM again. Kip mentioned 4 ways he manages home showings to limit the exposure:

1. We limit the number of people who can attend a showing (no kids or extended family, just the potential purchasers)
2. Everyone wears a mask throughout the showing
3. Everyone will maintain a 6ft distance (and the homeowners are asked to vacate during showings so there is no in-person overlap)
4. Everyone at the showing will use hand sanitizer, and Kip sanitizes any surfaces he touches (doorknobs, etc) before leaving.
